I happen to be well-versed in both translating Japanese and German to English and adding subtitles to videos. The videos can be of any length - from five minutes to several hours.
Videos that up about ten minutes are worth about $10, while any video that goes up to thirty minutes in length will be $50. For $150, I can even add subtitles to films!
