Brown Rice Pudding

1​/​2​ cup yellow raisins
1​/​2​ cup raw macadamia nuts
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg pinch of unrefined sea salt
1 ​1​/​4​ cups water
2 cups​ cooked short grain brown rice

1.​Place the raisins, macadamia nuts, hemp seeds, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and water in your favorite blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
2.​Put the cooked rice in a small saucepan, add the raisin-nut mixture, and heat over low heat. Cook on low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, or until warmed through. Serve warm.
