Need an SEO campaign Manager

Looking for one or two SEO management people who has RECENT proof of results and success.

Be able and willing to teach how to sell your services to prospects because I plan to. I have one person sitting right now waiting for an seo quote from me and to tell her why I'm different/better than everyone else. I even have an SEO provider we can use but it would be up to you to manage the campaign ensuring it's success before and during the time they're an client. I'd like:

-Detail on signing up an prospect from point A (1st contact) to point Z (closing). i.e: I have an prospect now, what do I need from them or what should I get them to do to begin? If you have a prospecting kit designed for someone who knows as little as nothing about seo so I can sell it, all the better, seriously.

-It looks like you have experience getting 1st page results.

-Someone who knows how to make an SEO campaign successful to be my SEO manager. I need a person who can make sure the projects I get my SEO provider on are successful after we put them to work.

So - if the SEO provider is lacking in some area or the clients website isn't an viable fit for SEO in the first place because of bad/lack of content, penalties, etc - I need the manager to know exactly what that issue is, communicate with me (REALLY IMPORTANT - someone who is online all the time and responds quickly), so we can go about pricing the client correctly and getting it done.

The other thing is, like I said in the ad, I don't know SEO well enough to sell it properly. If you've sold it successfully then that's what's needed here because I can get clients. Closing them is another matter.

And so a propeller head is needed as well. If I have an Water basement proofer prospect interested tomorrow I'd need the SEO manager to look up great potential keywords, traffic, so I can sell the client. So an proposal of sorts.

It doesn't have to be deep, but it will need to be data to get the client buying.

I like to sell the client on the conservative amount of leads they could possibly get working with us so if you tell me "Basement water proofing baltimore, md" gets 300 searches a month, I also need to know what you think their possible number of leads could be. So like it's possible from out of 300 they could get 2 leads a month and each closed deal is $1,500 to them but realistically they could get 10-12 leads a month given their website structure now. That's what I mean by proposal - and other data you deem useful to close.

Commission only. If you're not fine with that then this isn't for you. Compensation is 20% for as long as you're managing the campaign (using my provider then yourself or others who get results). If they sign up for PPC, Social Media, etc and you can manage that with positive ROI then you'll get continuously compensated for that too. After I'm taught an sales process and can close prospects the only job you have is management and propeller head. So again, I have an SEO provider and we'd use him to begin but you'd be managing the campaigns while we use his services. As we go on, we can switch to you handling the SEO if you can out preform him but for now you manage, help me sell, and do the propeller stuff I can be taught the propeller stuff as I'm learning to sell so less you have to do. I'm bringing the leads. Please respond with proof of recent seo 1st page results and signify why you'd be the best for this.

Requirements

Manage SEO campaigns:

• Check to see if an prospects website is viable for ranking
  
• Make sure all elements are in place so the client's website ranks if we accept them
  
• Monthly reports
  
• Be willing to talk with the client monthly as an campaign manager but most likely I will if you inform me what to go over
  

Help me sell:

• Tell me what information I need to get from the client if we accept them
  
• Tell me what I need to tell the client if they need things done on their side
  
• Tell me the amount of leads they can conservatively and on average expect after they rank
  
• Tell me how to manage their expectations
  
• Any other juice bits to help close
  
• Prospecting kit would be ideal here
  

Propeller work:

• Keyword research
  
• Seeing if the site is viable to rank for
  
• What they'd need to do before hand to get ranked
  
• What we'd need to do for them before they can get ranked
  
• How to charge all that accordingly (if you know an guy who does reliable, quality content, onsite optimization, etc)
  
• Whatever else to help the client sign up with managed expectations
