Search engines (like as Google, Bing & Yahoo) loves www subdomains! So, they use www before their root domains.
Now if you haven't add www Prefix to your root domain then search engines can think its two different domain name! So, you need to add www prefix to your root domain. And if you can't do it by yourself then I can do it for you.

Example: if you go to "http://youriphere.com" then it will be redirect to "http://www.youriphere.com"
How to know that I haven't add www Prefix?
If your domain don't redirect from "http://example.com" to "http://www.example.com" then you haven't add Prefix.
