I go to a high traffic college (Many, many students and teachers) and . I will print 200 of your flyer, handout, advert etc. And stick them in the places people go the most (Lunch-Hall and stuff) and also hand them out and voice promote your product or service 
I have done this before and someone even promoted their Twitter account!
